Peaceful Mindful Pocket provides a web application for zero-based budgeting, along with 1-on-1 financial coaching and group financial coaching services.
Our service is currently available only to residents of the United States with US bank accounts. By using our service, you confirm that you are a US resident.
Coaching services may be conducted via video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, and scheduled through third-party scheduling tools.
a. You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

c. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

You retain all rights to the financial data you input into the Service. We claim no ownership over your personal financial information. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services as described in our Privacy Policy.
a. Coaching services are available based on your subscription plan. Coaching availability varies by plan and is subject to coach availability.
b. We use Stripe for payment processing. By providing your payment information, you agree to our use of Stripe and to Stripe's terms of service.
c. Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with such services.

a. Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
b. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you delete your account within 30 days of a payment, you will receive a full refund automatically, no questions asked.
c. Coaching Sessions: Coaching session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
d. Refunds beyond the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Peaceful Mindful Pocket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The financial coaching services provided through Peaceful Mindful Pocket are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not registered financial advisors, and our coaches are not licensed to provide investment advice, tax preparation, or legal counsel.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
